Check out The Muppets doing a version of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody for a good laugh. The characters from Jim Henson’s Muppet show were recorded doing a rendition of Queen’s Bohemian rhapsody, it always makes me feel better.
When you are feeling ill, a little humor helps! No matter what has you feeling down, there is nothing like the characters from the Muppets to cheer you up. They do a great rendition of Charles Dickens a “Christmas Carol”. It is my favorite Christmas movie to watch. If you enjoy classical music they do a version of Ode To Joy. Mahna Mahna gets stuck in my husband’s head quite frequently. Madagascar 2 – I like to move it gets us both rolling! So we have the minds of children, so what?
Doesn’t matter what you are suffering from laughter is a good thing. (Maybe not if you recently had surgery on your stomach.) Pick up a good read from your bookshelves or the local library. You might accidentally learn something!
Laughing at yourself is a good thing. Everyone does stupid things now and again. I do it on an hourly basis, it seems! Between me and my dorky cat, named Dash we have a lot of fun. My husband started calling the animal “dorky Dash” because it is politer than stupid. It has to be the dumbest animal I have ever known. It falls off the top of my husband’s recliner when the mailman puts mail in our mail slot that comes out in our coat closet. If you want to make him run away, just ring the door bell. Proof he is not anything close to a tiger. Chicken is more like it.
Hi!
I think I’ve seen you on Jason Cushman’s site. Thank you so much for following my blog yesterday. It’s so great we are in the same blogging community. I am actually in the process of moving to a self-hosted site, mostlyblogging.com. I hope you will follow me over there too. Thanks again and Welcome!

Hey! What do you think drives a clown? The driver of course.
Laughter indeed is one of those things that is beneficial, yet a lot of people forget to do it.
It is also the most pleasant contagions a human can be afflicted with.
.
My go to laugh fest is usually Americas Funniest Videos. Or the gratuitous cat video marathon on Youtube.

I’m not depressed, I hope but I’ll… the laughing at oneself part helps. Even with my stick I still fall almost every day. Sometimes more than once. I fell on my bum today getting food into the microwave and I couldn’t help laughing at myself.

You can use a stick? I’m not coordinated enough to use a cane. Tried for about 2 years. Unfortunately, use my wheelchair most of the time except my daily walk around the house using the walker a former supervisor at my first job gave me. His mother used it before she passed away, so he wanted to get rid of it.

I just refused to use a wheelchair so I compromised with a walking stick. Plus there are hardly paths for wheelchairs in the part of the world I live in. Using a stick is difficult but I mostly use my other hand to hold the walls.
