Pain sends my running at the first twinges. If I am the one in control of the pain, I can tolerate it much better! That is why I cut out the plantar wart from my toe myself to avoid having to go to our evil doctor! Reset my ring finger on one of my hands for the same reason.
Have no fear of blood, so that is never a problem for me. Probably a good thing since I end up with various injuries I cause myself by doing stupid things! Running over my own toes with my wheelchair tends to hurt and cause my foot to start bleeding on my right foot. Still haven’t figured out why that foot’s toes are so sensitive to the slightest pressure. Why it causes me to bleed uncontrollably is beyond me!

The medicine my neurologist prescribed for me to treat my multiple sclerosis is called Tysabri. Trying to find the actual cost on the internet is basically nearly impossible. I remember when I first started on the drug the amount the facility tried charging me was well over $2500. There was no way my husband and I could afford that then or every 28 days! Biogen (the company that manufactures the drug) has been helping us with some of the cost of the drug, but will not continue helping indefinitely.
