Complicated is the Prompt for the Day

The apparent members of the Brain Trust located at the Daily Post division of Word Press want us to create works of art based on the concept of “Complicated” for today.

Life Is Complicated Today

Just take a look at the current political situation with the United States of America’s up coming elections.  The one running in the Democratic Party is a bold faced liar, that I wouldn’t trust a single clipped penny!  The gentleman running in the Republican Group talks off the cuff, ignoring what his speech writers have prepared for him to say.  I like the fact he speaks how he feels, but offending foreign countries may not be the smart way to proceed.

If you would like to voice your opinion on this subject, just drop me a line by filling out the form below:

All responses will be read by me personally!

Am extremely glad we have no children by choice.  Would not want them to be exposed to the school systems that are in operation for our country’s future generations!  How much longer will the American version of the English language be what is spoken here?  Do you still believe American kids should be taught English?

Who knows where the the future will lead us?  Maybe years down the road, human life will be wiped from the Earth by our own stupidity!  Too many bombs and wars wiping the planet free of all living creatures.  Could happen if we don’t change our ways.

Please Help Fight Horrendous Disease

The medicine my neurologist prescribed for me to treat my multiple sclerosis is called Tysabri. Trying to find the actual cost on the internet is basically nearly impossible. I remember when I first started on the drug the amount the facility tried charging me was well over $2500. There was no way my husband and I could afford that then or every 28 days! Biogen (the company that manufactures the drug) has been helping us with some of the cost of the drug, but will not continue helping indefinitely. If you would like to contribute to my fight against this mind stealing disease, please contribute by visit my personal website at http://saintpblogging.com/wp/ and seeing the copies of my writings located there!

Prompt for the Day: “Unpredictable”

The boring people at the Daily Post division of Word Press chose a shocking word “Unpredictable” for us to create our artistic works on today.

Life Itself is Random

The only guarantees are you WILL die and pay taxes!  Neither are cheerful subjects.  Who enjoys paying taxes?  Do not fear the concept of death, it will be a welcome change of life patterns.

Do you think that the people killed in terrorist events where expecting to die that day (not including the actual terrorist)?  Or people trampled by the bulls attending the running of the bulls who got trampled to death?

If you would like to contact me simply fill out the form below:

All responses will be read by me personally!

Sort of funny that people actually use a random number generator when life itself is random! Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? The whole “Random Acts of Kindness” should just be plain acts of kindness which decent people do on a regular basis (it is just in their nature)!

Face it the only truly predictable things are politicians lying to the public!  Would be great if they actually had to face legal consequences like the average American does each day.

Prompt for the Day: “Autonomy”

The independent people at the Daily Post division of Word Press decided we should craft our works of art around the word “Autonomy“.

Am Independent Myself

There is no controlling my actions how ever stupid they may be!  I am singularly responsible for all my idiotic life decisions.  My political views tend to favor the republicans these days, but who knows what I will end up voting for this year?

The world itself seems messed up these days.  Too many groups killing each other for no discernible reasons!  Just a blood fest, I guess.

If you would like to contact me to give opinions or suggestions, all you need to do is fill out the form below:

All responses will be read and greatly appreciated by me!

Am very protective of the sick and elderly of this world.  Little children and innocent animals have nothing to fear from me!  Adults, that is another story.  Am fully capable of defending myself even though confined to a wheelchair.  Have the entire house set up for self defence with things you would not think were weapons!  I know how to put them to good use for safety.  Try me and find out if you dare!

Prompt for the Day: “Prophecy”

The people who think they have the gift of foresight at the Daily Post group of Word Press decided to set our writing engines on fire to use the word “Prophecy” to base our daily works of art on.

Don’t Waste Your Time Spouting Garbage at Me

I generally do not believe in false prophets or the lies they spit out to innocent people in the name of prophecy or fortune telling.  Save your breath and tell someone that is naive enough to listen!  Please do not harass an innocent elderly person with images of fortune or grandeur.  They probably worked hard accumulating what they have saved in life!  What they need is a decent friend to converse with, not a slimy salesman who would try pawning off unneeded trash.

Got a kick out of the characters in the animated Disney classic “Robin Hood” when they were trying to rob prince John by posing as fortune tellers.  That is about the only use I have for fortune tellers, a good laugh at their expense!

If you would like to leave me with a personal comment, please take a little time out of your busy schedule and fill out the following form.  All comments will be both read and appreciated immensely.

If we are on the subject of false prophecies, look at most weather forecasts today.  Even worse are the election polling processes here in the United States of America, we have become the laughing stock of the world over the childishness of the candidates!

Prompt for the Day: “Fake”

The compulsive liars at the Daily Press division of Word Press chose the word “Fake” to enliven our creations for today.

Makes Me Think of Sham

Think about what you wash your hair with a shampoo.  Little kids are taught to refer to their fecal out put as poo or poop.  So what you use on your hair to clean it is by definition fake poo!

Politics these days are no more than media presentations of a candidate’s fake promises to the region they are trying to get elected for office to lead!  Are you actually going to follow the liar anywhere?  I wouldn’t.  Too many quicksand patches for them to coax us into like cattle at a slaughter house.

Remember the fake friends we all had when we were younger in school?  They were your friends as long as you had something to give them.  Most faded away into our past like bad memories that they really were!  You may still be in touch with the few select real friends you had back then.

Don’t even get me started on today’s retail driven society.  Seems like every new product is as bad as the last was, both for your health and finances!  A simple cup of coffee is deadly and way over priced.

Prompt for the Day: “Screen”

The person in charge of vocabulary at the Daily Post group of Word Press came up with the prompt of “Screen” for today.  They included the normally expected sentence of instruction-“Write a new post in response to today’s one-word prompt.”

By Definition: Screen

According to the website http://dictionary.reference.com a screen may be a movable or fixed device, usually consisting of a covered frame, that provides shelter, serves as a partition, etc.  There are also computer screens or even projection screens.  Not much into nouns myself.  Kind of a boring object in my opinion!

Prompt for the Day: “Divide”

The segregative people at the Daily Post group of Word Press gave us the one word prompt of “Divide“.  Then they added an obvious statement-“Write a new post in response to today’s one-word prompt.”

Isn’t there enough Division in the World?

Just looking back through the history books of the United States of America, remember when the south fought the north in the Civil War?  If that weren’t bad enough, our schools used to be segregated.  White students went to one school while blacks were forced to attend another.

Then there was the time we segregated our citizens based on their religions.  Most were just here fleeing the Nazi regime.  They wanted to raise their families in a more peaceful environment.  So what did we do? We confined them to camps where they were forced to live in squalid.  Amazing more of them didn’t die from sickness living that way.

Today there is a division of the income of families.  The families that live in poverty are treated much differently that the wealthy.  There used to be a thriving middle class of families that worked to keep this country running each and every day.  Today the middle class basically no longer exists.

Politics today has the entire country up in arms.  Some candidates are funded by their supporters while the others operate off their family’s money.  Kind of the haves against the have-nots!  They flood the news media with advertisements against their competitors.  Kind of why I gave up watching T.V. years ago!

Prompt for the Day: “( YAWN )”

The boring people at the Daily Post group of Word Press really stretched their minds to arrive at the prompt of “YAWN” for today’s writing inspiration.  Thay also included a single question-“What bores you?”

Boredom!

This topic makes me think of an episode from the television series “M.A.S.H.”, where Hawkeye conjugates the word “bored” out loud to his tentmate.

Politics, in general, bore me today.  Where did the days of politicians actually working for their constituents go?  Nowadays, it seems as if they feel that they are owed the right of a seat in congress or the senate.  They used to have to EARN the right to be chosen to represent the everyday people of this country.

Religions now days also bore me to tears!  Too many faiths seem to be after the almighty dollar instead of saving other’s souls from sin and eternal damnation.  Aren’t they supposed to concentrate on helping other humans live a fulfilling life in the service of the Lord?

Here’s a strange thought, how about if a politician manages to feel the calling from above?  Would they try to save their followers?
