The godlike people at the Daily Post division of Word Press want us to craft our various works of art around the word “Forbidden“.
To Me, that Word is a Challenge
Forbid me to do something almost is a guarantee I will go out and do just that! My mom caught on to that fact a lot earlier than I did. She did not discourage me from dating a boy in college, who wasn’t worth wasting my precious time on. So I continued to date him for a year, till I decided to dump the looser. If she had forbidden me to see him, who knows I might have ended up marrying him. Thank God she didn’t forbid me that valuable learning experience!
These days, the only one who forbids me from doing something is my doctors. They do it with my safety in mind, so I completely follow their recommendations to the letter! Since I am a recovering alcoholic, avoiding liquor is something I do anyway.

Please Help Fight Evil Disease
The medicine my neurologist prescribed for me to treat my multiple sclerosis is called Tysabri. Trying to find the actual cost on the internet is basically nearly impossible. I remember when I first started on the drug the amount the facility tried charging me was well over $2500. There was no way my husband and I could afford that then or every 28 days! Biogen (the company that manufactures the drug) has been helping us with some of the cost of the drug, but will not continue helping indefinitely. So I have started a Go Fund Me campaign.
