Prompt for the Day: “Clarity”

The cloudy people at the Daily Post group of Word Press submitted today’s prompt of “Clarity” for us to create our indistinct works for today.

Am I Being Unclear?

The prompt for today emphasises clarity.  I prefer to work in a lucid state of mind, but since my mental state generally prevents me from doing this, I display my insanity for the world to see on a daily basis!  Feel free to join me in my cell at the loony bin once they catch on to my masquerades.  The more the merrier!

Am pretty sure the insanity runs in my family.  My mom and I are both nuts!  The scary thing is she works at the local school district back home where they entrust her with junior – senior high school aged children.  We have both spent our time in hospitals getting treated for loosing our minds.

Getting lost both physically and mentally is nothing new to me.  Got lost once when I was little in the tiny town (was smaller when I was little than it is now) of Marissa, Illinois.  Was in search of a yellow truck that was supposed to be delivering Girl Scout supplies for our troop.  We were actually looking to find a yellow colored delivery truck.  The delivery company’s name was “Yellow” not the actual truck!  Was a long day of wandering around the streets of town looking for trucks.

Please Help Fight Evil Disease

The medicine my neurologist prescribed for me to treat my multiple sclerosis is called Tysabri. Trying to find the actual cost on the internet is basically nearly impossible. I remember when I first started on the drug the amount the facility tried charging me was well over $2500. There was no way my husband and I could afford that then or every 28 days! Biogen (the company that manufactures the drug) has been helping us with some of the cost of the drug, but will not continue helping indefinitely. So I have started a Go Fund Me campaign.
