The garrulous people at the Daily Post group of Word Press came up with today’s prompt of “Drawing a Blank” to encourage our creative processes. The then asked a question followed by a statement of direction: “When was the last time you walked away from a discussion, only to think of The Perfect Comeback hours later? Recreate the scene for us, and use your winning line.”
Have been Drawing Blanks since 2004
Every day I draw an endless amount of blanks, since we moved from Colorado. Literally lost my mind after we left. Been searching endlessly for it to no avail. Try to find it by typing my words out now, since my handwriting is illegible now due to multiple sclerosis. Lose a little more of my intelligence each and every day. Keep up with my habit of reading daily and I write (type so it can be deciphered) each day that I do not have a doctor’s appointment.
Seem to always experience the “tip of the toungue” sendrom that is fairly common in MS patients. It is also fairly common in people as they age, but I am not that old! My husband is older than I am. For some cruel reason, he does not experience this problem.
Please Help Fight this Evil Disease
The medicine my neurologist has prescribed for me for my multiple sclerosis is called Tysabri. Trying to find the actual cost on the internet is basically nearly impossible. I remember when I first started on the drug the amount the facility tried charging me was well over $2500. There was no way my husband and I could afford then or every 28 days! Biogen (the company that manufactures the drug) has been helping us with some of the cost of the drug, but will not continue helping indefinitely. So I have started a Go Fund Me campaign.
